Founder

Sam is a highly skilled and accomplished registered nurse who received her Bachelor’s degree from the Ohio State University College of Nursing in 2014. Her passion for nursing and commitment to providing exceptional patient care propelled her career to new heights. With a strong foundation in evidence-based practice and a deep understanding of healthcare systems, Sam quickly demonstrated her clinical expertise and leadership potential. Recognizing her exceptional qualities, she was promoted to the role of charge nurse at a well-known medical center in Dayton, which led to another promotion as nurse educator of the inpatient rehabilitation unit, followed by an opportunity in the case management department working alongside patients and their families. She has experience working at the bedside performing direct patient care, as well as leadership experience from her other roles. Her leadership and unwavering commitment to patient well-being make Sam a valued member of the Hosanna Home Companion Care team. Faith has played a significant role in shaping Sam’s career journey. Her faith has guided her decision making, as well as, given her the strength to overcome challenges and uncertainties in both her personal life and her career. Sam’s passion is to serve the Lord by serving others.

Kari is a highly talented and accomplished nurse who began her career over twenty years ago. Her nursing experience spans the gamut from bedside care to clinical instructor at a local nursing school to hospital case management. Her most recent position encompassed her role as a PPS (Prospective Payment System) coordinator and facility liaison in a CARF accredited inpatient rehabilitation facility. Her compassion, attention to detail, analytical skills, and comprehensive understanding of reimbursement systems and care planning set her apart in the field. Kari's passion for healthcare administration and her desire to make a broader impact on patient outcomes led her to take a bold step forward. Her deep industry knowledge, combined with her ability to develop innovative solutions, and devotion to keep clients safely in their homes has earned her a stellar reputation among clients and peers alike. Kari's dedication to excellence, strong leadership skills, positive attitude, and unwavering commitment to the client services make her a trusted partner for families seeking companion care for their loved ones. Kari values her personal relationship with Jesus Christ as her greatest treasure— it drives who she is and what she says and does every day. Evan is an experienced financial professional with a rich background in finance and investing. His journey began in corporate finance and banking, where he developed analytical skills and strategic insights. His expertise in financial analysis, risk management, and capital allocation allowed him to navigate complex financial landscapes. Having excelled in corporate finance, Evan took on consulting roles, routinely serving as a fractional Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for several companies. As a CFO, he demonstrated remarkable leadership in optimizing financial operations, driving cost efficiency, and spearheading successful capital-raising initiatives. His ability to balance long-term growth objectives with short-term financial stability showcased his holistic approach to financial management. Evan's journey in the world of finance is a testament to his dedication, insight, and ability to drive financial success across a spectrum of roles and industries. His multifaceted experience in corporate finance, CFO responsibilities, and entrepreneurship underscores his ability to navigate complexity and achieve remarkable results.
